I failed to get around to reporting my money finds from yesterday (Feb. 9, 2010):

$0.01: Turning lane at intersection of Mallard Creek Church Road and US-29 Southbound (no picture as I didn't have my phone with me).

$0.01: Coffee shop Fretwell Hall (no picture as I didn't have my phone with me, J. Troyer can attest).

Experience in Hong Kong

I spent eleven days in Hong Kong and found not one single piece of currency on the ground the whole time. I asked whether it was a supply-side or demand-side issue and was told it was both. Any money on the ground would quickly be scooped up but not much money is dropped because it is rather scarce.
